Naples Walk to the Beach Properties

I get a lot of call from prospective buyer looking for a property where they can walk to the beach, and to Naples shopping and dining areas. As discussed in other sections here, the Naples area covers a large land expanse, and the major shopping and dining destinations are concentrated in just a small portion of that expanse.

Even if there happens to be strip mall close to a community with some shopping and restaurant availability, it may be over a mile walk for a resident just to get to the front gate of the community.

Nearly all Naples residents living west of US41 and south of Vanderbilt Beach road are within 1 mile walking distance to the beach. Those also living near shopping and dining destinations include those in or near the:

The Mercato is in the North Naples Area, next to the Pelican Marsh community. While some residents of Pelican Marsh are just 100 yards from the Mercato, they are also a one mile walk to the Pelican Marsh entrance.

Over half of the Naples Park's 3,000 residents are within a one mile distance to the Mercato.
