Naples Dining Districts
Naples has an abundant selection of restaurants and dining options. The Naples yellow page listings are an inch thick. There are good dining choices throughout the area. But even with 16 miles of beaches and many more miles of shoreline along Naples bay and backwaters, there are only a few dining options with water views.
Naples Restaurants with Bay Views
Bayfront – is a shopping, dining, condo and boating community at the beginnings of the Naples Bay. It is on the corner of US 41 and Goodlette-Frank. Fine and casual dining.
Dock Restaurant – is on the Naples Bay at Naples City Dock area, at the end of Naples 12th Avenue South.
Casual dining. Tin City – is a collection of shops and restaurants, several with outdoor dining on the Naples Bay. Casual dining.
Venetian Village – straddles Park Shore Drive. It is a shopping and dining destination. There are both fine and casual dining options with bay views.
Buzz’s Lighthouse – On the bay across from Vanderbilt Beach, very casual, grab a beer.
Naples Restaurants with Beach Views
Naples Beach Hotel – HB’s on the Gulf (fine dining) and the Sunset Beach Bar and Grill (casual).
Ritz – Naples Ritz has an outdoor beach restaurant called the Gumbo Limbo, fine/casual.
The Turtle Club Restaurant – on Vanderbilt Beach. Very popular fine dining on the beach. Or for sunset cocktails. Call for reservations – 239.592.6557.
La Playa Beach Resort – Fine dining on the beach and outdoor Tiki Bar.
Naples Dining/Shopping Destinations
Naples FL has several shopping/dining destinations.
Naples Fifth Avenue South – After the Naples beach, 5th Avenue South is probably the single most popular destination in Naples. And probably the most popular nighttime destination. With upscale shopping and elegant dining options. There are dozens of great restaurants on Naples 5th avenue offering all sorts of dining options.
Naples Third Street South – Just three blocks from the Naples beach and pier. There are also many good options for dining on Third Street. Campiello’s (Italian) and Tommy Bahamas are jus two of the many popular options.
Venetian Village – discussed earlier above, on the bay.
Waterside Shops – Waterside has the upscale department stores such as Saks, Nordstrom’s, Pottery Barn, etc. Plus several fine dining options.
Naples Mercato – Mercato is Naples newest shopping and dining destination with a Whole Foods, several popular night spots, movie theaters, boutique shopping and many restaurants.
