Naples Destination Area

Nearly all of Naples destination areas, including beach access points, are located within a 3 by 8 mile section of Naples bordering the beach. These are the popular areas where residents go for shopping, dinning, entertainment and for fulfilling their daily needs. This area is a big part of what makes Naples such an enjoyable place to live, or spend the winter. Those living within this area rarely would need to leave it. Those outside the area visit it often.

At the north end of the destination area is the Mercato (see discussion below). While some residents in North Naples are within 7 miles to the Mercato, they are a long ways from Olde Naples. And those living with 7 miles to Olde Naples on the south side, have a longer drive to the other main destinations.

The closer a Naples resident lives to these areas, the more they will be utilizing the convenience of these locations. This is in addition to the abundant beach access points within.

Because of the appeal and desirability of the area, it contains Naples most expensive housing.
