The Naples Florida Area

Naples is second home for a majority of its winter residents. They come from all states (including Florida), from Canada, as well as many other countries. The Naples Florida area bordering the Gulf of Mexico is clean, safe and beautiful. Naples has lush tropical landscaping throughout, palm tree lined boulevards, and flowers in bloom year round.

Easy beach access makes Naples particularly appealing. To get to the Naples beaches, just head west. Naples is not a big tourist destination. There are only four hotels on the entire 16 mile stretch of beaches. The beach is bordered by either residential neighborhoods or parks and preserves.

The Naples Florida economy is driven by the housing demand of second home buyers and those services required by them. There is no heavy industry in Naples, the largest employer is the county (Collier).
